How to add or remove Products from an Order

Modify your order easily before it’s shipped—just contact us for help!

Changed your mind or forgot something? As long as your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can make it happen!

  1. Get in Touch: Contact our Customer Support Team with your order number and let us know which items you’d like to add or remove.

  2. Order Total Update: We’ll recalculate your total accordingly.

    • Tip: If the updated total goes above our free shipping threshold, your shipping cost will be waived!

  3. New Confirmation: Once we’ve adjusted your order, we’ll send you a confirmation with the updated details.
