What to Do If a Product is Missing:

  1. Check Your Order: Make sure all items listed in your order confirmation email are supposed to be in this shipment. Sometimes, we ship multiple packages for larger orders.

  2. Check Inside the Packaging: Carefully inspect the package and its contents. Sometimes small items or thin packaging may be hidden, so make sure to separate the individual product packages.

  3. Track Your Shipment: Use the tracking number sent in your shipping confirmation email to check if the missing item is in transit or if there was a delivery delay.

  4. Contact Us: If you can’t find the item or tracking details are unclear, please reach out to us at customer service. We’ll investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
