Need to cancel your order? No worries—plans can change! To request a cancellation, simply:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team: Send them your order number and let them know you’d like to cancel.

  2. Wait for Confirmation: We’ll confirm if your order is still eligible for cancellation (i.e., if it hasn’t shipped yet).

  3. Receive Your Refund: Once canceled, we’ll issue a refund to the same payment method you used during checkout.
